Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 hour before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation/no show fee of $15. A 1 hour cancellation notice is required prior to scheduled appointment time. You will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee on any appointment cancelled less than 1 hour prior to scheduled appointment. You MUST cancel your appointment on-line.
